Works fine, nice to have access to existing reservations. Now provides access to the Priority Club account history and also integration with Passbook.
This app works very well, is very stable and provides all necessary information and possibilities to make quick bookings. Highly recommended!
Does perfectly what is says. Id welcome the possibiliy to receive my bill by email after the trip or to have the possibility to download it from the app, very handy for business travelers.

Some bad moments
Became useless. The map is stuck to your location; trying to find a hotel from london in stockholm wont find any properties and shows the map of london. Have tried to use it several times over the last week, never managed to get anything outside my current location. Massive bug!
Sorry - but I love apps who identify me automatically as user. Cookies, ticked - Remember me, ticked - Chain Key in Apple activated.
So I go back to my desktop.
I am in hurry if I like to check quickly my current reservations for address or phone number.
But every time checking for my IHG Club Number makes the use too complicated.
This update does not load despite me clearing almost 5GB of space on my iPhone
Bad app, crashes every time you try to select a hotel or log in. Made me choose Hilton instead.
Please fix the app. It was an awesome app, now it crashes whenever I try to look at my account sidebar.
The App is easy to use but I cannot book with it. When trying to book after entering my credit card information I always get the same message stating "We are sorry, our system is temporarily unavailable". This was the same message when I tried to use it months ago and when I called customer service they knew nothing about this issue. Unfortunately nothing has resolved even with the current update.
