Convenient App for booking on the road! A++

Sometimes booking room on website is easier. Would be great if NFC keys could be added to app so I can use my phone for key.

This app worked fine until a recent update. The screen is upside down and switches to right side up depending on which window you need. The keyboard covers up destination shortcuts. Needs fixed.

This app is great. I can make reservation, view my points balance and stay updated on the most current package deals IHG offers. Keep up the great work IHG!!!

Weve gotten tons of points lately for gas, groceries, eating out, so its been beneficial to us. My favorite thing about it is how easy the app is to use.

Hard to navigate. Wont let you link reservations to account.

Normally I love this app...but apparently has a bug or something. I went to open app because there was a message in the app for me, but when I tried to open it, it wouldnt open in vertical mode...went to horizontal immediately...when I tried horizontal it went to vertical...very frustrating...hopefully app techs will get this fixed...

They have a good points system. easy to earn and redeem points. Also when booking it is cheap to add bonus points.

I got logged in the first day and once after that. Last couple weeks it keeps telling the server is down. I tried several times on different days, Both my phone and iPad get the same error.

App does exactly what I want it to do.

Cant book through the app. When booking with hotel the reservation confirmation shows up on the app but the points still show as zero, but the hotel says the points show on their computer?!?!?! Whats the point in having this app if it wont coincide with the hotels?!?!?!?! Useless!!!!!

Love this app, so easy to use and helps me find hotels super fast. Definitely recommend becoming an IHG member !

I would really love to be able to check in to my hotel from your app. It would really be nice to have my room ready for me when I arrive at my hotel. Especially when my trip has been long and not pleasant. That would also make the check in wait time shorter.
