Easy to use!

Just down loaded the app this weekend. Used it 4 times in a row at 4 different hotels. Worked awesome!!!

I have not had any troubles with this app. Every time I use it I am able to do what I need. The only suggestion I have is to be able to add my wife to my IHG account so I dont have to call the hotel to let them know She is checking in. Should be able to have a family account and not just an individual.

I havent forgotten about you Ann... Another update? Hmmmm Finally got a response from corporate...and guess what it took: a bad review in trip advisor... And after more emails: same result. They cant help. My advice: dont give them the chance. Update:notice how there are a lot of "updates" lately... Hmmm. Anyway, its been two months and finally a refund. TWO MONTHS! And of course no apologies or taking responsibility... Stay at your own risk: especially if Ann is still manager... Remember there is usually a Hampton across the street. Update: its been a month and 3 weeks now, still no refunds but lots of excuses and denials. No one will take responsibility especially the manager Ann D. They double charged us and yet we keep getting treated like the bad guys. Ann says she has refunded us 4 times but still can produce a transaction number. Or 4 numbers... Then theres corporate that owns this property but for some reason says they cant access their billing. Bull: if they can make reservations they have access. A check in the mail would have gotten here three weeks ago.. Fultondale Al double charged us two weeks ago and still we havent been refunded! We have talk to their useless management more the 6 times now and still nothing! CROOKS!!! This is how deceptive Holiday Inn can be: from the app in the parking lot the room rate is $144 but twenty yards away in person at the desk its $165 for the same room! Screw you Holiday Inn! Boycott these scammers until they treat everyone fairly.

Would be helpful to check in on line and choose the room. The floor preference needs an option other than low floor or first first. Need to add high floor.

So when I try to log in with the app it tells me the system is temporarily unavailable. It has been telling me this for 8 months now. I have to use the website if I want to log into my account or find a hotel. Until this is fixed the app is a useless waste of space on your device. Just bookmark the webpage.

Keeps getting better and better for this road warrior who cant live without it. Great app, great hotels and great loyalty program.

This app is good but it could be better. You could include the option to use friends and family discount. Also you could include him higher floors. I typically like to be on top floor or as close as I can. Online check in, digital keys, pick your room all these would be useful.

Excellent & User Friendly App, very intuitive.

This app is hard to use. This is like one way, you only can do booking and nothing else. It can not modify and change, cancel the booking. Which can cause problem. Hope it can be a fully used full app, not just an app that try to get your business and do n t care the after service.

Needs: remember frequent locations. More options for room selection. Less credit card solicitations. Good: reserving, confirming and when needed cancelling reservations.

It is very convenience way to book a hotel. Just a little too less detail about each hotels.

This app gives me all the choices I could ever need as an IHG club member. It syncs well with apple wallet and all my calendars. I would highly recommend this app and the IHG club to anyone who asked.
