The app crashes when I try to input a reservation.

Thanks for giving access to past bills. Now if only I could do something useful with that access... Like save a PDF or even email it to myself. Think expense reports. Hilton knocks your socks off on this one.

The app makes things so convenient.

We travel to this area to visit family once or twice a year. I use points to stay here and I am glad I have never paid for a night because despite the new hotels modern rooms, this place is generally full and very noisy late into the night. This last stay I couldnt even get internet the second evening. The first night I had 1.89 mb download speed so streaming Netflix on my laptop was not an option! Both nights had rooms full of people on my floor disrupting the whole area (different rooms each night) . Even though I am platinum elite status and stay at Holiday Inn brands about 100 nights a year, next trip I will pay to stay at the Residence Inn down the road and enjoy a little quiet after 11pm and good internet.

This app allows me access to my points balance, member card, finds hotels, allows me to book and even grants access to the IHG dining club. Of all the apps on my phone, this one is by far the best designed for getting things done on the go! The only thing I wish I could do is track my personalized bonus offers.

Terrible App and reward program

The functionality of the app is easy to use or intuitive, and I was impressed with the transition from website to mobile app.

Update: its been a month now, still no refunds but lots of excuses and denials. No one will take responsibility especially the manager Ann D. They double charged us and yet we keep getting treated like the bad guys. Ann says she has refunded us 4 times but still can produce a transaction number. Or 4 numbers... Then theres corporate that owns this property but for some reason says they cant access their billing. Bull: if they can make reservations they have access. A check in the mail would have gotten here three weeks ago.. Fultondale Al double charged us two weeks ago and still we havent been refunded! We have talk to their useless management more the 6 times now and still nothing! CROOKS!!! This is how deceptive Holiday Inn can be: from the app in the parking lot the room rate is $144 but twenty yards away in person at the desk its $165 for the same room! Screw you Holiday Inn! Boycott these scammers until they treat everyone fairly.
