Intuitive and fast

I use this app that to control my reservations and my account. very useful for last minute reservations.

This app enable you to track future reservations and also to follow your IHG points and monitor upgrade requirements. Also is possible to search for hotels. Very practical.

This app is very easy to use and fast to do a reservation. Fantastic!

Became useless. The map is stuck to your location; trying to find a hotel from london in stockholm wont find any properties and shows the map of london. Have tried to use it several times over the last week, never managed to get anything outside my current location. Massive bug!

I wasnt able to finalise the booking more than once. I always got a message like "temporally not available".

Sorry - but I love apps who identify me automatically as user. Cookies, ticked - Remember me, ticked - Chain Key in Apple activated. So I go back to my desktop. I am in hurry if I like to check quickly my current reservations for address or phone number. But every time checking for my IHG Club Number makes the use too complicated.

Where is the History in the app?? I want to see my account and how you add on which day the points for my visit... Means staying of the last 3 years in any brand of your group. This app wants to make for me (as a member ) comfortable...? If your Team improve the app, u will get 5

Even if its stated in the App Store, IHG does not support passbook.

All in all the app is good. Most of the time it is really quick to get the price of the room. But sadly the shown pictures are so small that it is nearly impossible to see sth. on it. Please change it.
