Well working app. The whole thing could be more personalized. Especially offerings and rates could be adapted to client status or his company rates. Also managing stays is not the same as on the website.

Makes the whole process again easier and more rewarding.

Spend over 100 nights a yr in hotels. This app makes it easy make or review a reservation.

Loved the app, but today it booked a room all by itself. I did not even open it, but a message popped up on my iPhone confirming a reservation that was never made. Was told by IHG that they are having issues and to reinstall app. I think I will wait till this bug is worked out completely.

Always a quick and easy way to book my rooms when Im traveling for business or pleasure. A couple clicks and youre done! Extremely easy to redeem rewards points also! Recommend this app to anyone who travels both often and even only a few times a year. If you are going to stay in a hotel, you may as well earn points while you are at it!
